Should you want to book an event during these times it is best that you do so sooner than later

Plan: Leadership/training events before and mid term of season. Adult Formation events close to Liturgical season changes. Youth events not during school and sporting events. Sacramental events during preparation or class times. Appreciation events towards middle to end of season.
